1. PCN Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Level II

Introduction in PAUT, Basic Principals of PAUT, Basic components of PAUT, PAUT Probe Characteristics, Types of PAUT Probes, Beam Shaping & Steering Dynamic Depth Forms, Digitization Principles, Types of Scans, PAUT machine familiarization, Development of Scan Plan, Data acquisition, Data Interpretation etc.

All relevant equipment and training materials, stationeries, calculator, Safety shoes, protective Gloves, goggles will be provided by us.

PAUT Level II – 12 days Training & 2 days will be for exam Once the 120 hours training have been obtained, the examination passed, and 4 months supervised work experience in PAUT obtained before examination or within 24 months of passing the exam, PCN will issue certification.

Exam will be comprised of General theory, Specific Theory & Practical Candidate required to have 4 months supervised experience in PAUT or shall gain post experience within 24 months from the date of passing the exam to obtain PCN certification

PSL 30 - Log of Experience form
PSL 44 – Vision Requirements form
CP27 - CODE OF ETHICS
PCN Wallet card or Driving License or Passport (Shall be in original)
